  • If you would like to return your purchase, please do so within 10 days of receiving it.
  • The returned items must be in the same condition as they left us. Any items that have been used or shows signs of customer damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Please note that return postage cannot be refunded. 
  • Please post the item(s) back to A.Morton 95a Palmerston Road, London, N22 8QS using appropriate packaging. 
  • We strongly recommend that you return items via a registered mail service so that you have proof of despatch in case a parcel is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover when returning valuable items. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

    Descriptions and Condition of goods
    We try to describe all items as fully as possible, to the best of our knowledge, providing as much history, age and detail as is known to us together with a full description of any discernable defects or faults. However, it should be noted that the items that we are selling are antique or vintage items and, as such, may in some cases have some age-related wear. The vintage items were manufactured some time ago and often have slight marks, dents, variations of surface texture, minor scratches and other issues naturally associated with use and age which form a part of the appearance of a vintage item. We aim to ensure that the condition of any item is as reasonable as possible given its age and nature, and would not offer for sale any item that is not in a minimum acceptable condition for display or use. However, small signs of wear are normal and appropriate to the authenticity of vintage goods. By placing an order, you are deemed to acknowledge the vintage nature of the goods we are selling.

    When describing the textiles and vintage items, we use our best judgment, knowledge and experience to estimate their age. We describe items as Antique if we estimate the age to be 100 years of age or greater. We describe items as Vintage if we are unsure of the date of production however none of these items are produced within the last 30 years and are all purchased at Vintage fairs. We often research online to ascertain the approximate age of the textiles and hard goods, however ultimately any statement of age is a matter of best judgment only.
    When describing the fabric’s fiber content or material of hard goods, we have used our best professional experience however, due to the lack of traceable information on the product’s original manufacture, the statements are only our best assessment.
    We understand that making purchases online is not easy when you are not able examined the goods in person. We are happy to answer any queries you might have on our products via email and can send more detailed photographs if required.
    Health and Safety
    Many vintage and antique items sold on may show signs of wear and tear associated with age and previous use which may have altered or affected their original appearance, function or compliance with current health and safety laws. Products advertised on are therefore to be sold as "works of art".

    We shall not be liable for any defect in the goods arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, accident and/or negligence by you or any third party
    By buying from you agree to accept the products as they are illustrated and described. You also accept that the products are not new and therefore may be fragile in nature. will make every effort to accurately describe and portray the appearance and condition of each product, but cannot be held liable for deterioration or damage caused as a result of usage by you or by the recipient after the product has been delivered.
    We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and/or omissions contained in the Website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods at any time and without notice.
    If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and that your order has been cancelled. You will be advised of the correct price of the product in question. You may re-order it if you wish. If you have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount within 7 days of the date of order. Should you choose to re-order at the correct price, a separate transaction will be posted to your credit card.
    In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem within 48 hours of receipt of your order and return the goods to us, if appropriate, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
    We have taken every measure to provide accurate representations of each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc., we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.

Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of pillolondon.coM or for any products purchased from the Website..
    We have taken every measure to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our security measures.
    We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.

    When placing an order, you warrant that all details you provide to are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the products ordered.
    All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
    All prices listed on are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. Pillo is not VAT registered to all prices are exclusive of VAT.
    No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email. This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will show the products ordered, payment method, order total in Pounds Sterling (GBP), P&P charges and usual delivery times. You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

    All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

    If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us via email as soon as possible. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures.
    If you have found your order to be a gross misrepresentation of the way in which the product has been portrayed on the Website and wish to return your order, you must contact us immediately on receipt of your order and return the goods to us within 10 days.
    Once you have notified us that you wish to return your goods ordered, any amount debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 7 days of the goods being returned to us, provided that the goods you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. You will be liable for any postage charges incurred when returning the goods to, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
